My gym life started as a 55+ year old. I needed a PT who was able to tailor a program to meet my needs and also to push me out of my comfort zone and due to my competitive nature, to be able to help should I overdo things. Amy’s Personal Training has been perfect for me. Amy definitely knows the parts of my body that need focus. She encourages and motivates me to keep trying even when I’m unsure of what I’m doing. She gives me the confidence to keep going when I’m injured and most recently she helped me through a tough time following a return to poor eating. Amy helps keep me looking forward to attending the gym and other fitness activities like climbing Mount Lofty.
